About Gartner Insurance
Like water in the desert, it is essential to have qualified insurance agents working hard for you. Gartner Insurance has provided insurance solutions to the people of Arizona and New Mexico since 1989. As Independent Insurance Agents we have a wide assortment of insurers, product choices, and provider networks to offer.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide every customer, every business with affordable, high quality insurance products to meet a variety of needs. Gartner Insurance is committed to growing our customers' knowledge of insurance. We make education a priority and offer free individual or group training sessions to all of our customers.
Meet the Team
Mark C. Gartner
Mark was raised in Dallas, Texas with his brother and 2 sisters. Mark met Jeannette Vidal in Albuquerque in 1960 and eventually they married. They have since lived here in Gallup since 1962. He has raised 3 sons, Scott the eldest, Eric, the middle child and Chris, the youngest.
Mark participates in many organizations that promote our area and its people. Some of these are:

Although I was born and raised in Gallup, I spent more than 20 years away from here, most of them in Las Cruces, NM. One of the reasons I returned to Gallup was to raise my youngest son Nicolas, 12. I have been back here in Gallup for more than 5 years. I have 2 children, Nicolas and Travis who is 24, lives and works in Las Cruces, NM.
I have extensive experience in Management and Retail Sales. I have years of training in high end cooking and custom kitchen appliances. Audio surround sound and video systems are also a particular love of mine. I enjoy playing racquetball as well as going target shooting.
