The Catalpa Hills Subdivision was created in 1995 by Mark and Jeannette Gartner and family. They had a vision of a peaceful, quiet, serene natural environment in which to live. They wanted pristine views, easy access anywhere in Gallup and a dark sky at night without the City Lights in our eyes.
